During Cass’s time at Blizzard Entertainment, she was responsible for fully developing the data analytics framework for Diablo’s digital marketing, social, community, and influencer team. By consulting with Diablo’s cross-functional teams, she created curated weekly, monthly, quarterly, and serialized assessments of their content.

In addition to producing quick-turn reports, Cass led a team of data analysts in refining the data analytics tool Sprinklr for all Blizzard IPs, ensuring a clean and concise system for teams to accurately translate data into actionable insights for their stakeholders.

By spearheading the data analytics for this fire-like IP, she was successfully able to optimize content and partnerships throughout the launch of Diablo 4 and Diablo: Vessel of Hatred, allowing teams to pitch for additional marketing assistance for future expansions.
